Forms
Currently it is possible to build forms and attach them to clients, patients, consultations and discharge notes
separately. The forms can of course be printed for signing and then be uploaded back to Provet Cloud.
Placeholders can be used on the forms to personalize and localize them. Placeholders can be set to
automatically fill-in relevant data for the current client, patient, and clinic location. Forms can be created in the
Provet Cloud settings by importing a Word document, or by using a manual form builder tool available.
