Patient history
The medical records are stored in a structured format. The following image is an example of a patient’s
medical journal. A lot of tools are available for filtering out relevant information. The journal can of course be
looked at as a whole but it is possible to look at a specific consultation or look at the treatment history for a
defined time period.
Different records can also be filtered. The user can for example filter out only medicines or clinical notes.
These filters can be saved on a user level so that anyone can, by default, only see information that is relevant
for them.
Regular browser search functions work with the medical journal. Browser’s search function can be used to
search for keywords within the medical journal.
The medical journal can be exported as a PDF, or the PDF can be sent directly via email. Any attachment on
patient notes can easily be added as attachments on the medical journal email.
Medical journal for a single patient:
Provet Cloud enables recording the medicine use, either administered, dispensed or prescribed. The
prescribing person, or performing person, can be recorded. The amount, usage size, administration method
and batch numbers can be recorded. All the recorded information is visible in the patient history. Bar codes
can be utilised to quickly search for desired medicine.
