Two-way communication is available for emails. A reply to address for the emails sent from the system can
            be defined so the clients can reply to the emails sent from Provet Cloud easily. In some areas we also offer
            possibilities  of  choosing  the  sender’s  email  address  (to  use  the  practice’s  general  email  address  or  email
            address of the veterinarian).

            Client feedback


            An automated email can be sent to clients after their visit which includes a possibility to give feedback. The
            client gives their feedback by clicking on one of four selections on the email. After they click on one of the
            emotes, the client is directed to a webpage where they can give more detailed written feedback.

            Net Promoter Score can be used instead of the 4 smiley face feedback options.


            Reports  about  the  given  feedback  are  available  and  the  feedback  selections  and  written  feedback  is  also
            available in the data warehouse for more detailed analysis with any BI tool.
