Client communication
Provet Cloud offers email and SMS sending for client communication. Client communication can be disabled,
if a client requests it.
Separate controls for email and SMS sending are available:
These settings prevent any emails or SMS messages for the client when enabled.
Communication log
Delivery messages are available in Provet Cloud’s communication log. Delivery status for SMS messages and
emails can be seen there. The delivery receipt is received from the mobile network providers and is
considered to be very reliable - if we receive this data, the client’s phone has received the message. Sent
messages are also saved as a note for the client or patient and are easily found on the client or patient file.
Delivery confirmations for the text messages are available.
Client communication log:
For emails the delivery & read receipts are considered not to be very reliable as they are completely dependant
on the client’s email application settings whether these are sent or not.
