Client & Patient records
Client details in Provet Cloud are quite flexible. All common fields are available. Client can be a private person
or an organization. Clients can also be categorized as referring organizations or referring veterinarians. These
selections are used with referral functions. Client tags allow user defined categories for clients.
Client details in Provet Cloud:
Client search can be used to create lists of clients that fit a specific criteria. The search results can then be
exported to Excel. Client tags in combination with the Excel exports provide flexible tools for filtering clients.
Tags are easily added and removed. Tag management allows a super user to define the tags that are
available, choose colors for them and define the type (client tag, animal tag or usable for both). Tags can be
linked to discounts which are then automatically factored in on the client’s invoices.
