個人期望
1. 您對「專資青年追夢計劃」的期望
Through the youth program, I hope to have the invaluable opportunity to meet and
network with different working professionals. As an individual who enjoys
interacting with others, I believe communicating with others would allow me to
learn new insights. I hope to gain different industry insights by joining this
program, as well as pick up knowledge and tips that would allow me to find the
right direction in climbing the corporate ladder.
Aside from meeting working professionals, I am also keen in getting to know other
youths. I hope to share my experience which I believe could help those who will
be graduating or have recently graduated. It would also be beneficial to connect
with peers who have joined the workforce in the recent years.

2. 您對工作或事業的期望
As I recently ventured into the financial services industry, I hope to learn and pick
up the vast financial knowledge, products and market in this thriving industry.
Given the opportunity to work for one of the premium financial service providers,
I believe this is a good stepping stone for me to further develop my career in the
middle/front-office sales in the financial services sector. On top of acquiring the
necessary knowledge and skill sets needed in the shortest amount of time, I aim to
take on leadership roles in the next 2-3 years which would allow me to put not just
what I have learned to practice but also to take ownership of projects, lead and
work with junior colleagues to complete them.
