YOUR PREPARATION TIMELINE




                                 Listed below are all of the preparation tasks for your meal.
            We recommend completing these at least 30 minutes before your guests arrive, thus ensuring your are as
                                                  prepared as you can be.










                                     30                 Start the Beef Rendang preparation tasks
                                     minutes            Set a timer for 1 hour and the continue with your
                                                        other prep tasks as the curry will take a further 3
                                                        hours of cooking.




                                     50                 Prepare the Vegetable Samosas

                                     minutes            Whilst the pastry is proving continue with
                                                        remaining tasks for the samosas.




                                     5                  Continue with step 4 of the Beef Rendang Prep
                                     minutes
                                                        Set a timer for 1 ½ hours and continue with the
                                                        assembling the samosas.






                                     15                 Prepare the Jasmine Rice for the Beef Rendang
                                     minutes            Once you have prepared your jasmine rice you may
                                                        still have some time before your Beef Rendang is
                                                        ready to finish (step 6-8)



                                    30                  Finish the Beef Rendang
                                    minutes
