Environmental Updates...
Continuing from the previous newsletter,
the department has remained busy
supplying our services for John F Hunt
Ltd, John F Hunt Regeneration and
external clients.
Norman Shaw North, the project in the
Parliament Estate is now, after 15 months
on site, entering the final stretch, and we
expect to be completed by September
2023. Our support to John F Hunt Ltd’s City Temple
demolition projects included asbestos
removal works at City Temple, Ebury
Estate, The Other House, Fenchurch
Street and Snowhill.
Regarding John F Hunt Regeneration,
the works at Rugeley Power Station
have been completed, but we will
continue servicing Phoenix 10 (Sparks)
and Ironbridge.
Ford Industrial Estate
Externally, the main projects carried out
Another Corporation Considerate Contractor Gold Award!
were at the Hilton Hotel (Park Lane),
Oxford Brookes University, The Old
Bailey and Bruton Street.
Our look ahead remains optimistic
for the remaining eight months of the
current financial year. With a growing
customer list and opportunities coming
Ford Industrial Estate from the Department of Education and
other national frameworks, which John
F Hunt Environmental will continue to
develop throughout 2023-24.
As part of our ‘unconditional support
pledge’, our Business Development
Manager, Stewart Powell, frequently
delivers CPD sessions to construction
professionals. This is an assured way
of promoting compliance and
confidence, with the aim of creating
Cobham Water Treatment Works long-term relationships.
