                                   CSC Compliments Report


                                   1st Quarter 2022






         During the first quarter of 2022, District 1, for the second consecutive quarter, received the most compli-
         ments. District 1 received 93 total compliments. The top Customer Service Center was the Blue Ridge CSC.
         The Blue Ridge CSC accounted for 47 of District One’s 93 compliments.  Congratulations to District 1 DM,
         Casey Smith and Blue Ridge CSC manager, Jill Kitchens and the entire Blue Ridge team, for continuing to
         provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

         The examiner with the most compliments during the period was Manuela Williams, Blue Ridge CSC.
         Manuela received a total of 20 compliments.

         During the quarter, CSC team members received a total of 233 compliments. Thirty-four different CSC’s
         received compliments, and 88 different team members received compliments for their exceptional cus-
         tomer service.


         Listed in the charts below were the top five Districts, CSC’s and Team Members for the first quarter, 2022.

         Congratulations to all the top 5 winners for their continuous Exceptional Customer Service to our custom-
         ers.
