Spread The Love!
The Contact Center Team enjoyed a festive Valentine’s Day celebration. They have been working
extremely hard on service levels and have exceeded last months’ totals! The team achieved a
service level of 86.39% which surpasses their goal of 85%. Their gathering had a variety of good
food and fellowship. Way to go Team, and keep up the good work.
