CPS Update: Lessons Learned
Even though DDS is still analyzing a few remaining system
blemishes, CPS is an overall success.
A group of stakeholders recently met to identify and document
lessons learned. The meeting was facilitated by the Program
Management Office (PMO) to discuss project planning, technical
management, the human factors and the project overall. There
were many things that went well as well as some areas that need
improvement.
The meeting provided valuable information to make DDS a
stronger organization.
