DRIVES UPDATE

DRIVES Tester Training 200
Days
An exciting Milestone with the DRIVES project is till
that the first group of 20 Team Members from DRIVES
each Division and throughout the state have
begun Tester Training in Conyers.
These Team Members will be learning the system
and then will test and ensure that what is being
developed is doing exactly what we need it to do.
A second group of Testers will be trained in July.
To all the Testers and Trainers, thank you for your
commitment. Many are leaving their regular DDS positions and personal lives to travel
to be a part of this important work. We all appreciate it.

DRIVES Testing Team Member Spotlight

Driver Examiner Fyla Gary, from CSC 52 (Decatur), received kudos for her work on the DRIVES
Testing Team. Veronica Wheeler, FAST Testing Manager, wrote:
"Fyla Gary is rocking it . She’s filling her time with doing scenarios
she’s curious about and is currently demoing some other parts
of issuance to the 2 others who are testing and showing them
what she learned. I don’t think she realizes how she’s already
establishing herself as a pseudo leader , but she is and people are
respecting her understanding of DRIVES that she has after just a
week."
