CPS Update

Mobile Issuance
Equipment was
recently tested and
inventoried.

Another customer service benefit of CPS is the
mobile issuance option. If you recall, DDS sup-
ported the GLOW (GA Licensing on Wheels) bus
in years past, and more recently, a Mobile Licens-
ing Issuance Trailer. This allowed DDS driver
examiners to travel to sites away from a CSC and
issue licenses and IDs.
Team DDS once provided issuance services to
the GA National Guard inside an airplane hanger
at the base in Savannah. Most
recently, the mobile service was deployed to as-
sist at the Cobb County Veterans
Supermarket.
With CPS, issuing away from a CSC is even easier.
The SurfacePro technology fits inside a large
travel case on wheels and equipment can be set
up on a tabletop.
They can be used in addition to the current
Mobile Issuance Trailer or independently for any
situation where we have a need for 1-4 units.
