Brian Cox
Brian joined DDS as a Driver Examiner in 1995. He has served as a Senior
Examiner, Chief l, Center Manager, CDL Analyst, Team Lead, and is currently the
CDL Program Manager in Regulatory Compliance. Brian loves to do home
repairs and remodeling houses. He also cooks and bakes as a hobby away from
work. He has two African sulcate tortoises as pets that are named Coco and
Donatella.
Melinda Cox
Melinda has had a long career with the State of Georgia. She joined the Department
of Public Health in 1989. She transferred to the Canton CSC as a Driver Examiner in
1996 and was promoted to Driver Examiner II in 1998. In 2006, she was promoted to
the CSC Manager in Blue Ridge and has been the District 1 Manager since 2016. She
recalls the time that a road test customer drove the car on the guardrail, and she
had to crawl out the driver’s door. She likes to go on cruises, gardening, hiking to
waterfalls and painting.
Monica Crawford
Monica joined DDS in 2012 as Driver Examiner ll/Team Lead and is currently CSC
Assistant Manager in Augusta. She enjoys cooking and reading. The funniest
thing that has ever happened to her while at work was almost falling out of a
chair during an interview. The best advice she ever received is from her Mother:
“No matter what you become, be the best at it.”
Felicia Crumbley
Felicia joined DDS in 2004 as a Driver Examiner in Marietta. She transferred
to Atlanta and was one of the original Team Members opening the CSC on
Capitol Avenue. She was promoted to a Customer Service Agent II with the
Help Desk in 2015 and later was promoted to Customer Service Agent III for
the Accountability Court Help Desk. Felicia plays Candy Crush Saga and Farm
Heroes daily. She loves to spend time with her husband and four children.
Courtney Cunningham
Courtney joined DDS in 2014 and became a Team Lead in 2015. She was
promoted to Assistant Manager at Norcross CSC in 2016. Courtney enjoys
bowling and dog parks. She secretly wants to see medical surgeries up close and
personal. Once when the system went down, a customer said she prefers
Courtney’s voice to the lady on the machine. This was her fifth or sixth
renewal, and she liked Courtney’s voice best.
