Gail Smith Ingram
Gail joined the Department of Public Safety (DPS) in 1992 as a Radio Operator. In
1995, she transferred to the licensing division and has served as a Reinstatement
Clerk, Driver Examiner 1 and Driver Examiner 2. She is now the CSC Manager in
Lagrange. Gail enjoys shopping and photography. She has always had the dream of
being bilingual and wants to learn American Sign Language (ASL).
Michael Ishola
Michael joined DDS as a Part-Time Hourly Support Worker in Norcross in 2013. He
became a Driver Examiner in 2014 and was promoted to CSC Assistant Manager in
2015. In 2016, he joined Regulatory Compliance as a Safety and Compliance
Specialist II. He has previous acting and television appearances as a comic. Michael
also loves to draw cartoons and sketches.
Donna James
Donna joined the State in 1995 as a Secretary Typist. Donna has progressed in
her career as a Driver Examiner I and Driver Examiner II, Center Manager and
District 8 Manager. She likes sunsets and stormy skies and photography. Her
Mother always told her to live by the Golden Rule. Donna also enjoys reading,
walking and an occasional 5K.
Kristy Jones
Kristy became a Driver Examiner in 2007. She was promoted to CSC Assistant
Manager in Lithonia in 2013 and CSC Manager in 2014. Kristy has three sons, and
she loves to fish with her family in her hometown of Milledgeville. She also loves
to sing and doesn’t like it when people sing with her unless they are singing
background. Her District Manager, Eric Mitchell, calls her “the sponge” because
she soaks up all the information that she can.
Cynthia Jordan
Cynthia joined DDS as a Driver Examiner 1 in 2005 and was promoted to
Driver Examiner II in 2007, Assistant Manager at the Fayetteville CSC in
2015 and now serves as Manager of the Griffin CSC. She would like to
complete her college degree. Cynthia loves to travel and spending time
with her grandchildren. Best advice from a manager was “if you want to
be successful you need to be proactive and not reactive.”
