During the Fourth Quarter, 2022, (October, November, December), there were 735 compliments
submitted by customers for DDS Team Members’ exceptional customer service.
During the fourth quarter, District 1, for the second quarter in a row, received the most
compliments with 230 total compliments. The top Customer Service Center, also for the second
quarter in a row, was the Dalton CSC with 167 total compliments. Congratulations to District 1
DM, Casey Smith and Dalton CSC manager, Adonia Jaramillo and the entire Dalton team, for
continuing to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
The examiner with the most compliments during the period was Krista Wingfield from Dalton.
Krista, a former educator, only joined the DDS team in August 2022 and is already a “Customer
Service Super Star” by receiving a total of 54 compliments during the quarter.
During the fourth quarter, CSC team members received a total of 735 compliments. Thirty-five
different CSC’s received compliments, and 139 different team members received compliments
for their exceptional customer service.
