DRIVES UPDATE
At the recent Field Operations Quarterly Virtual Meetings good discussions were had about
the daily operations of DRIVES. Commissioner Moore and Deputy Commissioner Rich
commended the Team for coming so far in a short amount of time. Compared to launch
week, the CSCs are firing on all cylinders, helping each other and identifying potental im-
provements that can be reviewed.
District Manager Larry Fincher said "Thank you for all the support and we appreciated all the
PPE. With the COVID and DRIVES launch, I believe this time has brought everybody closer."
District Manager Eric Mitchell specifically thanked District 5: "They are Rock Stars. We have
come through a long tedious process. Thank you also to the Training Team of Marci and Ste-
phen, because the new Team Members are ready to get to work as soon as they come to a
CSC."
Debbie Watkins, Manager of Columbus CSC, said "I love DRIVES. It is point and click.
Reinstatements are a challenge, but I understand that there is work being done to improve it."
Elijah Jones, Interim District 8 Manager, said "The renewals are so fast! I like it. It is a joy to see
everyone working together."
