DRIVES Post-Implementation Survey
There were 322 responses to the DRIVES Post Implementation Survey.
Answers included:
o The support process worked well for 82.3% of Team Members
when they had an issue
o Only 16.15% expressed that they do not feel comfortable using
DRIVES after 2 weeks
o Approximately 30% of Team Members expressed concern about
the training that was provided
o When asked How Can We Serve You Better, there were more than
160 open-ended responses which are being reviewed

DRIVES Service Request Tickets (SQR) Monitoring
Total SQR increased 177 - From 1,359 to 1,536
