        Announcement from Group IT Production Support




                                 Group IT Production Support is pleased to announce a new way to reach
                                 us!  We are now available via phone at 678-302-1337.  Don’t worry, if you
                                 prefer to use email, we are still available at
                                 groupitproductionsupport@dds.ga.gov.



                                 The IT Help Desk is staffed Monday thru Friday from 07:30am to 6:30pm
                                 and on Saturday from 07:30am to 1:30pm.


                                 If you find yourself having an IT related issue, give us a call and we will be
                                 happy to assist you.


                                 If you are in a CSC, don’t forget to check the CSC Quick Reference Technical
                                 Guide on the intranet for guidance on the most common issues.


                                 We are still in the process of staffing the IT Help Desk, so we ask for your

                                 patience as we ramp up our team to handle your questions.
