Page 30 - A girl migrant's letter
P. 30
The following Monday, Amani was asked
to share Tamu’s letter during the school
assembly. He did. Some children could not
hold back their tears.
“This is so unfair,” one of the children
uttered with sobs.
After the assembly, the children could not
stop talking about the pain Tamu was
going through.
Neither could they wait to share Tamu’s
experience with their family members after
school.
The local leaders learnt about Tamu’s
ordeal from their own children.
