Coffee Buzz in Kasane

WHITE CHOCOLATE & AMARULA CHEESECAKE RECIPE
Ingredients:
200g chocolate digestive biscuits 15ml gelatin
90g melted butter 30ml cold water
500g cream cheese (ordinary plain cream 250ml whipped cream
cheese) 80ml Amarula Cream Liqueur
397g can condensed milk
50g grated chocolate to garnish
200g white chocolate melted and slightly Maraschino cherries for garnish
cooled
METHOD
1. Combine crushed biscuits and butter – press into 23cm loose bottomed pan and place in
fridge to set.
2. Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth. Beat in melted chocolate.
Sprinkle gelatin over the water and allow to form a soft sponge, then soften over a bowl of
hot water or in the microwave for 10 seconds.
3. Beat into cheese mixture and fold in whipped cream and Amarula. Pour onto base and
set for 3 hours in fridge. Unmould onto a serving plate and decorate with grated chocolate
and cherries.
