        SMARTglasses demo for Spanish and Russian customers with the support of Hospital Clinic Barcelona
        Spain

        On January 2021 we had our first lab virtual demo using Smart Glasses. We hosted the Virgen del Rocío (Seville) and few
        customer from the Russian distributor at Hospital Clinic Barcelona Spain where our customer, Dr. Martinez with the support of Julio
        Palazón presented the lab and how the lab workload has been improved thanks to the adoption of Smart Automation.
        The tour was a huge success, customers responded very well and also we had a nice feedback from Dr. Martinez that was thrilled
        to support us in this new project and asked us to support him with this new technology at the SEAP congress!
        This is an interesting project and an innovative way to interact our customers and keep their interested alive during this Pandemic
        time. Next demo will be done in Italy, we’ll keep you posted!

        Southern region Smart Automation call
        On February 2021 the marketing team in collaboration with our implementation consultant Fabien Charmel started a new project: a
        recurrent call with our sales team to discuss  and present key Smart Automation project and sharing best practices. Until now we
        had our sales Marco Pietricola, Mariola Sola and Marc Ferrini . The goal is to have all the sales presenting their key projects and
        learn from all the difference experiences to keep being successfully and bring Sakura solution in every lab in our region!

        User Club Meeting - France

        First online event executed in France!
        On March the French team organized a webinar for Smart Automation
        customers.
        The aim of this digital meeting was to exchange with our key customers
        updated information regarding Smart Automation and give remind them
        the good maintenance practices of our AutoTec to keep the instrument at
        the best level of performance.

        Once the French team was introduced, the application team presented the
        distribution of the 21 AutoTec sites in France, the AutoTec utilization rate
        and the maintenance recommendations for this instrument. The webinar
        has been recorded and sent to all clients targeted for this event.
        The next user club will be done live (hopefully soon when Pandemic will be over!).
