HSSE REQUIREMENT FOR CONTRACTOR, ALLO TECHNOLOGY

            11. SECURITY

               11.1. Personnel Control Pass and Identification
                   a)   All person authorised by the Employer and SHO shall have access to the site at all times.
                   b)     All the Contractor’s staff and workforce (including all supplier and sub-contractor) are required
                          to  carry  personnel  security  passes  whilst  working  on  site.  Passes  will  be  issued  by  the
                          Contractor.
                   c)     Only workers with a valid work permit and possesses the CIDB Green Card and Niosh Tenaga
                          Safety Passport shall be issued with contractor’s security pass. Having valid CIDB Green Card
                          Niosh Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP) is a pre-requisite for issuance of contractor’s security
                          pass.
                   d)     No person will be permitted to enter the site without personnel security pass.


               11.2. Control of Visitor
                   a)     All first-time personnel to the work site must be inducted and given safety briefing by the
                          Employer’s HSSE personnel.
                   b)     With  the  exception of  the  Employer’s  employee,  the  Contractor  is  required  to  provide  all
                          necessary  control  and  guidance  to  visitors  who  wish  to  visit  the  worksite  to  ensure  their
                          protection and where necessary provide personal protective equipment for their use.


            12. TNB LIFE SAVING RULES
               Contractor shall comply with Life Saving Rules which is a set of nine (9) rules specifically designed and given
               special  status  because  they  are  essential  in  preventing  fatal  accidents.  These  rules  are  divided  into  2
               categories, i.e. Core Rules and Supplementary Rules. Failure to comply with Life Saving Rules will result in
               serious penalties including termination of contract and blacklisting of board of directors.

               12.1. Core Rules
                   a)   Isolate, earth and test before touch
                   b)   Valid permit to work mandatory
                   c)   Wear Arc Flash Suit when switching


               12.2. Supplementary Rules
                   a)   Use fall protection
                   b)   Obtain authorization before entering confined space
                   c)   Caution. Suspended load
