In 1954, after the country's division, millions of people left their northern homeland
and migrated south. A large number settled in Lam Dong, bringing the number of
communes to 13 and the population to about 50,000 people, although people still keep
the old habits and still remember the name of the old village. Therefore, in Bao Loc, very
new names sound like before. The word has a northern resonance to remind it of its old
hometown roots. Tan Thanh, Tan Hoa, Tan Bui, Tan Ha, Tan Phat ... Remember nostalgia.
Later, there were several more Tan founded by the natives, namely Tan Rai and Tan Lac.
If there was no dehydration in 75, Lam Dong also had Tan Long, founded by Upper
Stieng people from Binh Long. Later, due to the battle situation, the B' Sar subdivision
was established to maintain security from Blao Pass down to Madagouil, bordering Long
Khánh province. All administrative matters remain subordinate to the Bao Loc district.
The subdivision is located on a high hill in Dai Quay commune on Highway 20. In late
March 75, the Viet Cong sent infantry and tanks from Dinh Quan to attack in broad
daylight. The detachment, commanded by Captain Toan, held out for 6 hours.
I accepted the post of Prefect of Bao Loc at the end of August/68. The battlefield is still
vibrant everywhere. From 65 the war also spread to this small plateau. A commune with
a very peaceful and happy name suffers many misfortunes, An Lac commune. This
commune is located to the east of the county seat, across the Dai Nga bridge, in addition
to the security perimeter, so it is subject to a double neck, National Day, and Viet Cong
night. Although there are few people, the land is significant because of the concentration
of tea plantations, West has, I have, and China has. Tu Quy Plantation is located far from
the national highway, so it is abandoned where the Viet Cong often live. The An Lac
commune was swept many times and was very negative. The chief was named Karma,
who was associated with the commune from flourishing to its demise. He always stayed
in the county seat, visiting the commune for a few hours daily. Insecure communes often
have few administrative jobs!
In early 1973, the Paris Accords were signed between factions meeting to end the long,
inconclusive war in Vietnam. The war dates back to 1945, with the result of splitting the
country in half in 1954. The time when the two numbers 4 and 5 changed the throne has
caused many people to leave the world, many bodies lying down, many souls struggling,
and many meteor wings at the end of the sky. The night of January 27 was the last night
