practice tests, only to show up to the

test center along with around ten other

students and find out the test was

canceled. None of us were notified. I

still don’t understand why this

happened, and CollegeBoard has not

provided any answers, but the situation

was out of my control. I did

understand, however, that this was one

puzzle piece of God’s plan, and I let it

go. Things were not always going to

work out as I wanted them to, but I

realized that God would handle it for

me.

Or when I had an important violin

competition to practice for. I spent

hours practicing and recording, but the

instant I hit submit and emailed my

audition, it would be out of my control.
