Firstly, the Firm would like to confirm its gratitude to everyone affected by the

recent redundancies. It was a difficult time for everyone but, in particular, those

within our central teams. Moving forward, we want to invest in our good people

and are working to introduce training for our OAs, secretaries and PAs.

As a result of the restructure which took place over the summer, we have

created a new Legal Services department made up of the following:

• Client Services – (formerly Front of House) – who are working

hard to manage 100s of switchboard calls each week

• Facilities – who are maintaining the office during the period of closure

• Office Assistant (OA) team – who are responsible for hard

copy document production and scanning

• Our secretaries – who ensure our lawyers meet client needs
