across the room. This memory brings me lots of sadness because my siblings who didn't care for

anything but themselves were hurting my parents who were old at the time and fragile. To this

day these memories bring me sadness about how my siblings behaved toward my parents. It is

very hard to remember this. But I think one of the important lessons of these memories is that

although I didn't have luxuries and toys, the most beautiful thing is knowing these experiences

have made me stronger and the person I am today.
