The scholar must not incur failing or incomplete grade.

                       a.  Student Organization Scholarship. This is given to students who occupy major
                           positions as:
                      1.  President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Auditor, Supreme Student
                          Council Federation
                      2.  President, Student Supreme Council (SSC)
                      3.  President, Student Body Organization (SBO)

                    They must carry a minimum academic load of 15 units and have not incurred a failing or ncomplete grade

                in the preceding semester.

                       b.  Scholarship  for  Reserved  Officers  Training  Corps  (ROTC).This  is  offered  to  the
                           cadets/cadettes  who  occupy  any  of  the  five  major  positions  in  the  ROTC,  who  carry  a
                           minimum academic load of 15 units and who have not incurred a failing or incomplete
                           grade in the preceding semester.

                       c.  Faculty Employee Dependent’s Assistance (FEDA). This assistance is offered to students
                           who are legal dependents of regular faculty members or employees of the University.

                  The scholar must not have failing or incomplete grade.

                       d.  Assistance to Landowners and Tenants Beneficiaries.  This is given to the
                           immediate family members of the landowners/donors/tenants of the university.

                       e.  Student  Assistantship.  This  is  given  to students  who render emergency  or
                           temporary services to the University to acquire training and gain extra income.


            Qualifications

            The student shall:

                1.  Enroll a maximum of 21 units including specialization or professional courses;
                2.  belong to higher curricular year: sophomore, junior and senior;
                3.  have a GWA of 2.75 and have no failing grades in the preceding semester;
                4.  not be on field practice, internship or On-The-Job-Training(OJT);
                5.  possess good moral character and have no record of disciplinary case filed against her/him, and
                6.  show ethics in manner of dressing, talking and in dealing with people.
                7.  Preferably belong to the lower socio-economic status and must submit parent’s consent.
                     A certification of grades to be submitted to the Scholarship Coordinator must come from the
            Office of the Registrar.
