JENNIFER GIRALO

Senior Marketing Coordinator / Phoenix

I’m passionate about fostering equitable and inclusive spaces, and
I received my Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® credential
through the Institute of Diversity Certification this year.

During my 11 years in the construction industry, I have gained
experience in several different roles including office manager,
business development, communications, diversity, equity and
inclusion, and marketing. My passion has always been client
experience and telling stories of technical expertise for wide
audiences.
In my spare time, I’m a stand up comedian, improviser, and
photographer. I love being creative! I am also getting married on
December 27, 2023! This is a very exciting year for me!

I first got the chance to work on water treatment when
I was a graduate student at New Mexico State, where I
won the “Separations Division Graduate Student Research
Award” in 202. I have been working on water treatment
research ever since and I am very pleased to be joining
Carollo.
