                 10. CONCLUSION

                                                                                                                            2
The field assessment conducted on 14 November 2025 has identified conditions across 6,000 m of heavily
trafficked infrastructure at the Sappi Clan Nursery that may benefit from rehabilitation intervention. We recognize
that routine maintenance has been ongoing since operations began in 2014, and the observations presented reflect

the natural progression of surface wear under operational demands.

                 Our Understanding

The current surface conditions, while manageable through your existing maintenance protocols, may be

approaching a point where more comprehensive rehabilitation could provide value in terms of operational

efficiency, equipment preservation, and surface longevity.

                 This Proposal Offers

An opportunity to address priority surface areas through engineered rehabilitation incorporating SANS 1200

standards, modem geotechnical practices, and quality materials-all at a demonstration rate that represents

significant value relative to our standard pricing.

Investment for Consideration: R798,387.50 (including VAT) for works addressing critical surface areas and the

                 G8 retaining requirement.

Timing: As we approach year-end and 2026 planning cycles, we wanted to ensure this information was available

for your consideration within CAPEX deliberations.

We appreciate the opportunity to present these findings to @Mr. Bongani Shozi, @Mr. Cele, and your management

team. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of this assessment or our proposed approach, we remain available at
                 your convenience.

Thank you for considering Dson Industries as a potential partner in your infrastructure planning for 2026.
