6. ENGINEERING SOLUTION: DEMONSTRATION SCOPE

6.1 ROAD REHABILITATION WORKS (6,000 m )
Proposed Scope Summary:
The rehabilitation would involve full-depth reconstruction incorporating:
• Site preparation and existing surface removal
• Subgrade remediation and unsuitable material replacement where encountered
• Imported engineered fill material (approved source with certifications)
• Geotextile separation layer for base reinforcement
• Mechanical compaction to 95% Modified AASHTO density
• Cement stabilisation (3-5%) for heavy traffic zones
• Quality testing and dimensional verification throughout
