                 From our field observations, the following conditions were documented across the 6,000 m heavily trafficked
                 infrastructure zone. We  recognize that routine maintenance has been ongoing since the Nursery's
                 establishment; however, the cumulative operational demands may now warrant more comprehensive

                 intervention.
