At the end of the week, both participants experienced the physical adverse effects of the study. Notice-
ably, partcipant A had a sharp decline in their physical health, which adversely effected their productiv-
ity levels. Partcipant B saw a notable decline in their productivity which adversely reduced their overall
mental health. At scale, these issues can be addressed within dwellings and partciularly workplaces
to reduce the strain on the healthcare system and lost money to absenteeism. Some limitations to
this study include external adverse effects to producvity in the partcipant's private life or other lifestyle
choices. As a researcher, my own subjective opinion or feeling may influence the case study also. (Mc-
       leod 2019)
