Wayne Booth - Senior Consultant - Biography
Wayne is a successful, accomplished and dynamic health and safety professional specifically working as a full-time health and safety advisor and consultant.
Prior to this, Wayne was employed by Vesuvius UK Ltd for over twenty years, during his time at Vesuvius UK Ltd, Wayne undertook a number of different roles, including manufacturing technical support manager (international); manufacturing engineer (international), site supervisor and interim manager. It was during his time at Vesuvius UK Ltd and his involvement in numerous projects that Wayne developed his passion for health and safety, that determined his desire to progress a career in this field.
Since July 2012, Wayne has been a full-time consultant he has considerable experience in manufacturing, construction and engineering industry sectors at management level in the public and private sector and has an excellent track record both in the UK and overseas.
During his time as a health and safety professional, Wayne has developed; his professional, technical and managerial skills, whilst undertaking numerous successful health and safety roles and projects including:

◆ Has a strong background of supporting multi-level business functions to board level in the development of high quality sustainable occupational health, safety and environmental cultures; improving compliance whilst reducing business operating costs.
◆ Has a natural ability in building, developing and maintaining positive working relationships through utilization of strong communication skills.
