Kirsty Angerer - Ergonomist - Biography
Kirsty has almost 10 years’ experience as an Ergonomist working with corporate organisations across the world.
Kirsty started her career whilst on a placement during her degree, subsequently becoming a full-time consultant in 2012. Since 2012 Kirsty has worked as a consultant for numerous clients across the globe, supporting organisations, implementing ergonomics programs and training managers and employees.
Kirsty is passionate about ergonomics and the benefits to an organisation's corporate strategy and more importantly their employees’ health and productivity. She values that by implementing an ergonomics program that aligns with business goals; is cost effective and that organisations will reap the benefits of, through better employee engagement, healthier staff, and more productivity.
Kirsty utilises state-of-the-art predictive analytics software and runs ergonomics health check-ups of employees. The ergonomics check-up screens employees for workplace risks that can lower their productivity, including risks for musculoskeletal disorders. The subsequent comprehensive reports summarise risks and that suggest ergonomic interventions to boost wellness and productivity.
Since 2012 Kirsty has undertaken numerous projects across the world, some of which include:

◆ ConductingErgonomicAssessments;WorkplaceAudits&Seminars.
◆ Implementdesignstandards.
Kirsty achievements to date are numerous, and include:
◆ Assistingorganisationswiththedevelopmentandimplementationofcost-effectiveergonomicsprograms.
◆ Undertaking research-based training and assessment programs to improve worker comfort while lowering
injury risk and associated costs.
◆ A member of a global team of 25 Consultants in the fields of ergonomics, interior design, biomechanics,
physical therapy and kinesiology.
