2.1 Bouncepad Static Stalk Installation

Engineer will attach the Static Stalk to the Surface Mounting Kit using the supplied M4 x 10mm Countersunk
Security Screws.

Apply lock thread glue to each screw & secure the 4 screws in place. Ensure screws are tightened using a
manual screw driver.

Repeat for all
Bouncepad
Static Stalks being
installed.

Identify the position of the centre of the table that the Samsung Galaxy Tablets are going to be installed upon.

Identify the location of the equipment along the table - 4 or 6 Tablets per table/bench. The positions will
normally be staggered along the central line and will be confirmed by the site plans – refer to Appendix A for
guidance.

Mark out screw holes using the template provided within the Bouncepad Assembly Instructions or by using the
Surface Mounting Kit.

Once the positions have been marked out, drill 2.5mm pilot holes for the
screw holes and 20mm hole for the cable entry hole in the centre of the
Surface Mounting Kit. Refer to the template below – see page 8.

Before securing down - ensure the assembled Bouncepad Stalk is used
as a guide to ensure that the stalk is straight when the installation is
complete
