MINH CHANH’S ASHES
SCATTERING CEREMONY

“Your four primary elements have returned to
Mahabhuta,
Your soul is awaiting reincarnation according to your
Karma.”
Getting today together with our loved ones in deep
emotion
I attend the ceremony of scattering your ashes on this
ocean.
From Puget Sound Bay, the city where we had so far
resided
The boat in the direction of our home will move as
decided
With each one a handful of ashes to send to the wind
far due
Together with our sound grief, a last word to bid you
adieu!
Throughout your life you had not, never done anything
unfair
Thus on your decease you only reap true sentiments in
prayer.
May you rest in peace above in that sublime Nirvana
forever.
Oh Minh-Chanh, it has been over this floating life
whatsoever!
