Kidnapped

Terror filled her eyes as she met eyes with her colleague.

This time, it was different. Walking out of the main room,

his eyes showed some sort of anger, and it seemed

directed toward her. And never was it good when he got

angry.

Up until now, her life, to say the least, was almost perfect.

She had everything she wanted, family, friends, and most

of all happiness. To have a life like hers was almost

impossible. Sarah Gautam was an ordinary girl in an

ordinary world. She lived with her family in a city in Nepal

and worked at a high rank in the world’s largest and most

famous Tech company owned by her brother. She worked

her way to the top and was loved by all, well almost.

That particular day, she had been held back for a meeting

with a very important client so by the time she left her

office, it was quite late and her brother had already left.

This worried her a tad bit but she knew she had to walk

alone in the dangerous streets of Kathmandu. Alleys

scared her, especially dark ones, and when she was going

through one, she felt as if someone was following her,

worsening the situation. Making her footsteps swift but

steady she was already out on the main road and about to

cross the road but she didn't notice the bicycle racing

forward and was suddenly thrown forward as the bus

screeched to a halt. Due to the hit from the bicycle, she

fell on the ground and fainted.
