              Typical process of Numark’s
              Regulatory Health Check Visit


              Our approach mirrors that of GPhC inspections. During a
              visit, we engage with all pharmacy staff, asking questions
              about their roles and responsibilities to ensure they are well-
              prepared for inspection scenarios. We provide coaching and
              advice to teams on the types of evidence to show the GPhC
              inspectors to demonstrate good practice, not just meeting
              the minimum standards. The visit concludes with a review
              meeting with the superintendent pharmacist or pharmacy
              manager, where we discuss improvement opportunities.
