Chipping Norton Health Centre:

Embracing Change and Driving Innovation

In recent years, Chipping Norton has become famous for Jeremy Clarkson’s antics
on Clarkson’s farm Diddly Squat, however Chipping Norton Health Centre (CNHC)
certainly haven’t been doing diddly squat over the past 12 months! Formed in 2015
through the collaboration of West Street and White House surgeries, CNHC marked
its 10th anniversary this year—a testament to its growth and resilience.

Dr. Sandar Hlaing joined as a partner in 2020, bringing fresh perspectives to
the team. In 2023, the practice decided to split its dispensary and pharmacy
operations, creating a separate dispensary entity in April 2024—a strategic move
to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

CNHC has demonstrated remarkable adaptability in a rapidly evolving healthcare
landscape. With PSUK’s support and the implementation of innovations like Golden
Tote, the team has significantly improved its operations, enabling them to manage
increasing item numbers while maintaining exceptional service standards.
