Utilising Product Lists
As a PSUK member you have There are a range of features

Product Lists can be found on the right-
hand side of the Portal and allow you to
define a set of products that the Portal will
summarise usage for over a selected period.
This is particularly useful for tracking items
like Personally Administered Items (PA’s)
that are commonly used in practice but do
not leave the premises, or for monitoring
products where usage data must be
reported to manufacturers.
Creating a new list on the Portal is really easy! All you need to do is
follow these steps:
Click on the red VIEW button on the Product
Lists section – here you can view or amend
existing lists or create new ones.
In the New List box, give the list a name and
then click the green create button. Here we
have called our new Product List, PA - 2025
Once created, the list will appear but will of
course not include any products just yet.
