Opiodur Alternatives

Unfortunately, Zentiva have made the decision to move distribution of their Opiodur
(Fentanyl).
This does mean that as of 31st August, Opiodur will be removed from the Zentiva
scheme through PSUK.

However, there are a couple of potenital alternatives that you may want to look at using
in order to maintain your profitability on these products.
Both the Mezolar range from Sandoz and Fencino range from Luye Pharma still attract
MDS rebates that make both brands profitable whether your practice prescribes these
products by brand or generically.
There is no sign up needed to either the Luye Pharma or Sandoz MDS so the below
rebates will be automatically administered against your purchases of Mezolar and
Fencino through PHOENIX.

We would like to remind members that you must order using the PIP Codes below for
Mezolar, orders against any other Mezolar PIP Codes will not attract any MDS discount.
