2. The methodology for assessing the investment potential of regions takes into account
the objectively existing interrelationship between the region's investment attractiveness and
investment activity in it, which allows identifying problematic points and indicators in the
development of regional programs for improving the investment climate.
The investment environment is bilateral at the microeconomic level, that is, it is
reflected in the relationship between the investor and specific state bodies, economic entities.
The investment environment is an objective situation for any specific time and includes a set
of conditions for investing capital. The investment environment is formed under the influence
of the management activities of state bodies. Therefore, the state's investment policy is one of
the most important factors.
3. In order to increase Uzbekistan's position and position in the international arena, to
increase its economic development, to expand the source of income of the population, to
expand opportunities for the entry of foreign trade, to further increase the investment
attractiveness of our regions, in our opinion, it is appropriate to implement the following
measures.
Firstly, to ensure the participation of Uzbekistan in a number of international ratings
and to implement socio-economic, political-legal and comprehensive measures against the
low position of the country in the existing rating indicators;
Secondly, it is suggested to use the following scheme to determine the factors that
affect the attractiveness of the investment environment, to calculate the range of their
influence.
