In 2015, funds allocated for housing construction amounted to 22% of the total capital
investment. A number of economic and social reasons contributed to the higher share of
capital investment allocated to this sector than to other sectors.
First, it is assumed that the development of housing and road construction will lead to
the development of a number of industries. From the experience of the United States, it is
known that in order to further develop the national economy, stimulate demand, as well as
mitigate and prevent social risks that may arise during a crisis, government orders are formed
for large industries created by the state. These orders often ensure the development of social
facilities and the employment of unemployed people registered at labor exchanges, albeit
         temporarily.

The indicators discussed above are very simple traditional time series analysis tools.
Therefore, it is permissible to analyze time series by average level, average absolute growth
and growth rate. To do this, we use the following formula for average absolute growth 171 :
                                            σ ο௬ ௬ ೙ ି௬ బ
                                       οݕ ൌ ൌ
                                             ௡ ௡

If we substitute the indicator of capital investment into this formula, then capital
investment in Uzbekistan will amount to 4,389 billion rubles. increased to sum.
According to six-year dynamics, the absolute growth of capital investments in 2014
was of the greatest importance (Table 4.1.4). The growth rate was shown in 2013. The
additional growth rate of this indicator in 2012 was 26.98%. But the figure for one percent of
additional growth in 2015 amounted to 352.3 billion. the highest value was recorded,
amounting to soum. According to the results of calculations and statistical analysis of the
dynamics of years, the volume of the current value of capital investments in Uzbekistan grew
annually by an average of 22 percent.
