This gives a “business quality effect”, that is, international standards are formed and
developed around EIH (as a product, at the infrastructure level, in business relations, in

matters of professional management) .
In practical life, in order for foreign investors to be able to make decisions related to
their investments in the country’s economy, it is necessary to take into account the conditions
created by these countries for creating and doing business, the socio-economic policies of
these countries to improve the investment environment, in particular, foreign companies,
without any obstacles, pay attention to the creation of free economic and special zones for
entry and conduct of business, the availability of tax and other financial benefits.
That is why many developed transnational companies (TMK), before making direct
investments in the country’s economy, are declared by international rating agencies, in

particular, “Doing Business” of the World Bank , “Global Competitiveness Index” of the
World Economic Forum 23 , “States of the Peace Fund” pay serious attention to rating

The investment attractiveness of countries depends on a number of factors, namely
political, economic, social, cultural, organizational, legal and geographical factors. Based on
these factors, investors decide whether to invest in a particular country. In the Doing Business
report, published annually by the World Bank, more than 6,700 experts from different
countries publish rankings of 189 countries on doing business (a total of 10 indicators) (full
information on these can be found in Chapter 4 of the report). monograph).
