               Task 11:  Supervise on-going projects and update accomplishment report per project
                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                 1.   Review schedules of projects in the department and
                      check on a daily basis on-going project schedule.

                 2.   Ensure that staff are given task assignment per
                      project based on their competencies.

                 3.   Monitor status of on-going projects and update
                      accomplishments.                         Ensure that on-going projects are in accordance to the
                                                               approved schedules and project requirements. Deviations

               Task 12: Perform ocular inspection of rooms, public areas, function rooms and offices
                          OPERATING PROCEDURES                                 STANDARD(s)

                   1.  Update Rooms Inspection Monitoring Report.   Each shift engineer is required to inspect at least five (5)

                        a.    Inspect and check all appliances (TV, DVD,
                           Refrigerator, Telephone, Water Heater,
                           Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, Chain Lock, Safety
                           Deposit Box, Airpot/Electric Kettle, Microwave
                           Oven, Cable Connection, Electric Burner, and
                           Range hood).
                        a.  Inspect and check all plumbing details and
                           materials (Water Closet, Faucet,
                           Sink/Lavatory, Bidet, Shower, Sprinkler, Floor
                           Drain, Water Leaks, Ceiling Leaks and P-
                           Trap).
                        b.  Inspect and check all electrical details and
                           materials (Door Lockset, ESD, Pinlights,
                           Droplight, Bedside Lamp, Switches,
                           Lampshade, Smoke Detectors and Circuit
                           Breakers).
                        c.  Inspect and check all carpentry details and
                           materials (Bed/Sofa Bed, Tables, Chairs,
                           Cabinets, Blinds/Curtains, Sliding Doors,
                           Tissue/Towel Racks, Door Stopper, Windows,
                           Doors, Vanity Mirrors, Floors, Walls and
                           Ceilings).
                        d.  Inspect and check WIFI and internet
                           connectivity.

                    2.  Update Public Area, Function Rooms and Offices
                       Inspection Monitoring Report.
                        a.  Inspect and check all walls for cracks and
                           paint quality.
                        b.  Inspect and check roofing and ceiling for
                           leaks.
                        c.  Inspect and check all doors and windows.
