               Task 18: Preventive Maintenance of equipment and facilities

                    1.  Prepare posted monitoring of schedule of preventive  All preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities are

               Task 19: Doing JOR (If necessary)
                                   STEP(S)                                      STANDARD(S)

                    1.  Checked all JOR report.                 No  incidence  that  all  JOR  are  not  properly  coordinated  with
                                                                housekeeping Department.
                    2.  Prepare materials and tool for repair.
                                                                JOR are properly arranged based on criticality and section.
                    3.  Itemized based on section, (carpentry, painting,
                        plumbing, electrical, mechanicals, etc.).

                    4.  Identify based on criticality of repair.

                    5.  Prioritized critical issue.

                    6.  Call the attention of housekeeping department for
                        schedule of repair.

                    7.  Proceed to area.




                    8.  Asses the JOR.
                       a.  Report to Housekeeping the number hours
                           working or declare as out of order for updating
                           guest room status in Hotelogix.
                       b.  Start repairing.
                       c.  If JOR is completed, report to Housekeeping for
                           updating Hotelogix status.
