                 I.  Duties & Responsibilities:
                    18.  Receive request from guest and Room Attendant for repairs or maintenance related problems in the
                        rooms and promptly relay the concern to the engineering staff on duty.
                    19.  Complete and finish Daily Monitoring Report and emails the same to the Front Office Manager after
                        having the report checked by the Help Desk Supervisor.
                    20.  Operate all forms of Hotel communication systems, such as telephone, switchboard, intercom, and two-
                        way radio
                    21.  Knowledgeable of all hotel information including but not limited to services, facilities, amenities,
                        promotions and packages, events, activities.
                    22.  Handle Reservation Inquiries should there be no available Reservation Associate and/or Front Office
                        Guest Service Associate
                    23.  Prepare Help Desk Shift Tasks Reports accurately.
