               Task 15: Endorsing receipt of WSP guest. (include to WSP)

                    1.  Ensure that the receipt is received by the FO clerk.   Receipt of WSP guest is acknowledged by Front Office clerk.


               Task 17: Prepare buffet name tags.

                    1.  Request copy of weekly buffet menu from main   All menu and descriptions are correctly spelled and

                    3.  Insert menu labels in the acrylic holder

                    4.  Place the menu labels in front of the chafing dish.


               Task 18: Request office supplies.

                    1.  Request office supplies every month per inventory   Requests only needed supplies

                    2.  List requested supplies for approval of immediate
                        superior.

                    3.  Upon approval of immediate superior, submit
                        requisition to stockman

                    4.  Collect issued supplies, store, and apply first in,
                        first out inventory control. (FiFo)

                    5.  Monitor consumption.
