Recommendations
1. The University may observe strict compliance of policy of a maximum of four (4) teaching
preparations within a semester as prescribed in the CMO and Faculty Manual.
2. Matrix of different teaching strategies and approaches used in the different subjects may be made
available and documented.
3. The course syllabi be regularly updated.
4. Encourage faculty members to secure a copyright for their instructional materials like work text,
books, manuals with the support of the administration.
5. Photos/pictorials may be made available in every activity of the College in for a/seminars, faculty
meeting, and the like.
6. Supporting documents e.g., PDS, faculty workloads should be signed by the authorities concerned.
7. Each faculty member is encouraged to present research papers in national/international for a.
8. The University may consider the internet/school website to announce job vacancies for teaching
positions in the University.
